The new economy customer has a new value equation.

The New Economy Customer is a quarterly research report published by CHEP Network. This edition, titled ‘The New Value Equation’ sought to help brands recognise, decipher and close the ‘value–action gap’ — the distance between what customers say is important to them and how they actually behave.

As lead designer, the key design challenge was to distill complex research data into digestible takeaways, aimed at a target readership of executive-level leaders of Australia’s largest companies.

I worked with data scientists, researchers and copy writers to design, layout and illustrate this report. Eight key insights were developed and together formed the data-driven middle of the report. Each insight was accompanied by infographics and illustrations to help decode the research data.
