STEGBAR

Designing an experience that raises the bar.

Stegbar is a well-established B2B and B2C brand known for manufacturing and installing quality windows, doors, showerscreens, splashbacks and wardrobes. While their website currently attracts more than 25,000 quote form fills per year, sales are being eroded in key product segments by overseas manufacturers and online resellers. Using their existing platform and strength of product, Stegbar were looking to move into the eCommerce space to attract a new set of customers and broaden their appeal.

Key product segments were identified and introduced and as ‘ready to ship’ products onto the site to target the home-builder/DIY market. Each category offers a range of customisation options, allowing customers to create their dream Stegbar product with ease.

Through extensive information architecture and treejack testing, user journey and flow mapping, we developed an experience that seamlessly introduced Stegbar’s new eCommerce platform within their existing website.
